Why I started Healthy.Fit.
Healthy.Fit. began as a simple idea: real health should be achievable for all people. As a UK-registered Dietitian working in the NHS, I see every day how confusing, overwhelming, frustrated - and often inaccurate - nutrition advice has become. People want help, but they can't live up to perfection, unrealistic restrictions or judgement.
Healthy.Fit. was created to bring together evidence-based nutrition, practical tools, and compassionate guidance into one place. No hype. No extremes. Just simple healthy habits that genuinely fit into your life.

Hi, I’m Sam — a Dietitian and the person behind Healthy.Fit.
I’m a UK-registered Dietitian working in the NHS, with over 10 years of experience supporting patients through real-life challenges: illness, recovery, nutrition support, artificial feeding, weight management, diabetes, IBS, gastrointestinal issues, complex needs, and the day-to-day realities that never show up in diet culture.
Every day, I see how confused and overwhelmed people feel about health. Between social media trends, extreme diets, mixed messaging, and guilt-heavy advice, many people feel like they’re failing before they even begin.
I created Healthy.Fit. to change that.
Why I Do This.
I’ve watched countless people try their best, only to feel judged, misinformed, or be pushed from pillar to post. Most people don’t need perfection — they need clarity, compassion, and simple steps they can genuinely manage.
